Wow! What a fantastic place to spend Easter! The house was absolutely beautiful, with attention to detail in every aspect. The location couldn't have been better, with stunning views of the mountains and just a short walk to the beach and local shops. The house had everything we needed and more, with a well-equipped kitchen and spacious living areas. The secure garden was perfect for our little ones to play, and the welcoming treats left by the host were a lovely touch.
Honestly, there were no negatives about our stay. Everything was perfect, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The bathroom was amazing, equipped with a modern shower that made me feel like I was having a personal spa experience. As a business traveler who values a refreshing start to the day, this bathroom was a dream come true.
Personally, I found the size of the room a bit cramped. But hey, everyone has different preferences, so others might still find it cozy and comfortable.

The bathroom was spotless and sparkling! It had a refreshing shower that was perfect for my quick mornings. As a low-budget traveler, this was just what I needed to start my day right.
The bathroom had only one shower. I personally would have loved to have a bathtub option, but others may not mind.

Avenue Villa was an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, Denise made sure that every detail was taken care of. The location was perfect, tucked away in a quiet residential area with stunning views of the nearby Mourne Mountains. The house itself felt like a true home away from home - beautifully decorated, spacious, and equipped with all the modern amenities we could ask for. We especially appreciated the thoughtful welcome basket and bottle of fizz that awaited us upon arrival. The secure parking and well-kept gardens were an added bonus. Whether we were enjoying a family meal in the dining area or relaxing in front of the large screen TV, Avenue Villa provided the perfect backdrop for our stay. We loved being just a short walk away from the beach, high street, and local shops and bistros. Everything was first class, from the comfortable beds to the abundance of TV channels. Although we didn't stay for an extended period, we were impressed to find a dishwasher, washing machine, and even a charging connection for electric cars. Honestly, we loved everything about our stay and can't wait to come back. I highly recommend Avenue Villa for anyone visiting Newcastle.
